ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.275 of 2002 and to file charge sheet in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that final report has been filed in the matter and the matter stands closed as 'mistake of fact'.
