O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to include proper Section of I.P.C and Section 3

(1) of Tamilnadu Property(Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1994 in Crime No.32 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and to issue further direction to the second respondent to lay charge sheet, within a stipulated time.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that apart from other I.P.C offences, the offence under the Tamilnadu Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1994, will have to be included.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the investigation is yet to be completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to give a representation in this regard to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to look into the same and take appropriate measures on such representation at the time of filing final report.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
