O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.519 of 2014, dated 16.09.2014 from the file of the third respondent to any other investigating agency.

2. A perusal of the counter affidavit filed would show that the petitioner is not very clear about the allegation made against the third parties. Initially, he made a complaint stating that his brother's wife Kaleeswari was responsible. Thereafter, he made a complaint stating that his another brother Gowtham was responsible. The said Kaleeswari was also obtained anticipatory bail.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
