ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MURUGENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.SAKTHIVEL, Advocate on behalf of the 5th Respondent, while admitting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the court made the following order:- Interim stay is granted on condition that the appellant/Petitioner deposits 25% of the award amount with proportionate accrued interest and costs to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.5071 of 2013, on the file of the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal/Special District Judge (MCOP cases), Tiruchirapalli, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to this Court.
