This original petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.67 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-Additional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram. 2.The defacto complainant viz., Rajpriyanga is present. 3.When the defacto complainant herself states that she has no objection for quashing the proceedings, there is no point in keeping the prosecution alive. Therefore, the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.67 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial MagistrateAdditional Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram, stands quashed.
