ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the first respondent herein to transfer the investigation in Crime No.246 of 2014 pending on the file of the second respondent police to some other competent officer thereby and filing the final report against the accused persons.

2.Since already, this Court has passed order transferring the investigation at the instance of the accused persons, no further order is necessary in this petition.
