Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2.By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner is presently working as a Masdoor. His next promotional post is that off Assistant Draughtsman or Junior Assistant. The petitioner's claim is that he is possessing the requisite educational qualifications. He has given representations dated 09.03.2018 and 13.03.2018 in this regard for including his name in the panel for promotion to the post of Junior Drafting Officer.

4.The first respondent is the authority competent to pass orders thereon. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 09.03.2018 and 13.03.2018 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed accordingly.
