ORDER : The Court made the following order :- By the order of this Court dated 17.09.2021, while dismissing the anticipatory bail application, a direction has been issued to the respondent police to secure the petitioner immediately and file a report before this Court. On that ground, it has been repeatedly listed and adjourned.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are residing in Kerala and their where about is not known and a special team is formed to secure the accused.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that on knowing the information about the dismissal of the anticipatory bail application, they have not appeared before the respondent police. 4.Whatever it may be, a Special Team was formed to secure the accused. CRL OP(MD). No.3434 of 2021 (Crl.Side), now, it is closed with a direction to the respondent police to comply the condition passed by this Court, dated 17.09.2021.
