This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 1 of 2015, u/s. 120(b), 406, 420 and 511 of I.P.C., & 5 of TNPID Act, from the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.01.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
