This Criminal Original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioner in name of enquiry without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that though the petition enquiry was conducted on the basis of the complaint given against the petitioner the same was closed after enquiry. He further submitted that no further enquiry is required and therefore there is no harassment.
