Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to impugned retender notification issued vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1/2018/A2 dated 06.03.2018 which was published in Makkal Kural daily newspaper at Madurai on 08.03.2018 issued by the 3rd and 4th respondents and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to ensure active participation of the tenderers/public.

2.Therefore, this writ petition is infructuous at the very inception. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
