This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.382 of 2014 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation is over and yet to file the final report. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted at this stage. is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the first respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
