Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C. in Crime No.Not known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. On complaint given by the defacto complainant, since no regular case has been registered and only petition enquiry is pending, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 09.03.2015 for a period of two weeks with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 05.30p.m. for a period till 23.03.2015.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the respondent police is present and filed stated report, in which in paragraph No.4, it is stated as follows:

"4. I respectfully submitted that on 10.03.2015, the defacto complainant and the accused appeared before me for enquiry. The defacto complainant gave a statement that she is not willing to live along with the accused. The written statement also recorded with four witnesses. Further she wants to withdraw her complaint. On the basis of the statement given by the defacto complainant, the case was closed."
