To prefer this Memorandum of Grounds of Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.23 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, dated 09.03.2018 confirming the judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.183 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri dated 28.01.2014.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.M.VISHNUVARTHANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 275 days in representing the above Second Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the payment of cost of Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of two week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
