No.12835 of 2014 dated 2.8.2014 that the petitioner shall report before the JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE No.1, Tuticorion District instead of Inspector of Police Pudukkottai Police Station Tuticoirn district daily at 10.30 a.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MUTHUMALAI RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin District instead of appearing before the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No.12835 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. There is no acceptable reasons stated by the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
