ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneus Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi , Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.548 of 2021, dated 29.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 03.01.2022. He further stated that the petitioner is doing agricultural work and he is facing trouble for appear before the Court daily.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition from 03.01.2022.

4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.548 of 2021, dated 29.12.2021 is relaxed in toto.
