ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Uthamapalayam for disposing the execution petition in E.P.No.4 of 2025 in O.S.No.150 of 2008 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.This Court, vide order dated 13.02.2026, had directed the learned District Munsif, Uthamapalayam, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned District Munsif, Uthamapalayam, had sent a report vide proceeding dated 19.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2008 to 2026, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 481 and the pendency of the suits in the year 2008 is 1.

3.Considering the fact that the present suit is of the year 2008, the 2/4

learned District Munsif, Uthamapalayam, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.4 of 2025 in O.S.No.150 of 2008 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
