This petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.1238 of 2022 from the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of the Family Court Pudukottai.

2.The facts in brief:

The marriage was solemnized between the parties on 24.02.2021. Out of the wedlock they gave birth to a male child on 21.11.2021. Thereafter, due to dispute arose between them, under the force and compulsion, the respondent filed the above said H.M.O.P. seeking divorce before the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore. Since the petitioner is facing difficulty in attending the above said H.M.O.P. proceedings before the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, this petition has been filed seeking transfer of the same. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent has no objection to transfer the matter to the file of the Family Court, Pudukottai. 4.In view of the above said submission, the H.M.O.P.No.1238 of 2022 filed by the respondent on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Pudukottai.

5.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.02.2024 NCC :
