PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka. No.9222/A7/2025 dated 19.11.2025 of the 1st respondent herein and the consequential impugned proceedings in O.Mu.No.1397/A1/2025 dated 29.12.2025 of the 4th respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent herein forward petitioner's school genuineness application dated 21.8.2025 to the 1st respondent herein and direct the 1st respondent herein to forward the same to 2nd respondent herein and direct the 2nd respondent herein to issue genuineness TET certificate of M.Chindhiya and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to approve the appointment of M.Chindhiya as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner school w.e.f., 05.08.2024 with all other attended benefits.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.9222/A7/2025 dated 19.11.2025 of the 1st respondent herein and the consequential impugned proceedings in O.Mu.No.1397/A1/2025 dated 29.12.2025 of the 4th respondent herein, whereby the proposals submitted by the petitioner management for approval of appointment of Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner school was returned with an objection that the genuineness TET certificate was acquired by the selection candidate namely, M.Chindhiya has not been enclosed.
2. When the matter earlier came up for consideration on two occasions, the same was adjourned for filing counter affidavit by the respondents. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader fairly submitted that the genuineness of the TET qualification acquired by the appointee concerned, namely, M.Chindhiya has been found to be genuine 3/7
by the second respondent herein, after due verification and a copy of the same dated --.03.2026 is also placed before this Court.

In the light of the above, according to the learned Additional Government Pleader, there is no necessity to adjudicate the matter on merits and in case if the petitioner management resubmits the proposals duly enclosing the said proceeding dated --.3.2026, the same would be processed in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the matter the writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to resubmit the proposals returned through impugned proceedings duly enclosing a copy of the proceedings dated --.03.2026 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case if the petitioner Management resubmits the said proposal, the same shall be processed by the respondents in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, 4/7
within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of such proposal by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
