This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first and second respondents not to restrain the petitioner to travel abroad.
2. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by both sides that though the appeal was pending at the time of filing of this petition. The said appeal was dismissed in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, there is no impediment for the petitioner to travel abroad. 3.In view of the same, the respondents are directed not to prevent the petitioner to travel abroad in the absence of any other complaint pending.
4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
