RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the petitioners shall appear before the Respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 10540 of 2016 dated 13.07.2016 in Crime No.243 of 2016 on the file of the Respondent police.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
2. Considering the above submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
