Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner has suffered an order under Section 47(A) of the Stamp Act. He filed an appeal before the first respondent. The appeal is pending for the last several years.
3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
