ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.101 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam on 05.11.2022.

3. In view of the above said development, this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.02.2023 NCC :
