Respondent/Plaintiff Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Additional District Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District to dispose the Original Suit in O.S.No.12 of 2024 expeditiously, within a time stipulated by this Honourable Court by allowing this Civil Revision Petition . ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming upon for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court " and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 27.02.2025 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District in D.No.306/2025 dated 02.07.2025 seeking further extension of three Months time to dispose the case in I.A.No.2 of 2023 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar ,this Court made the following order:-

By order dated 27.02.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in I.A.No.2 of 2023 on or before 30.06.2025.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.306/2025, dated 02.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 27.02.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 27.02.2025.
