O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai to expedite and disposal of the private complaint in C.C No. 1050 of 2019.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the accused in the case in C.C.No.1050 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai. The case is pending for more than six years and the case has been periodically adjourned without any valid ground. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the respondent, is inclined to dispose of this petition.

4.Since the case is pending from the year 2019 and considering the long pendency of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.1050 of 2019 and dispose of the same as early as possible without granting any long adjournments beyond fifteen days.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.

6.At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner requests this

Court to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court .

7.In this context, it is for the trial Court to decide whether the personal appearance of the petitioner is necessary or not and the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court to file an appropriate application in this regard and on such application if any filed, the trial Court shall consider the same in accordance with law on merits.
