ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.5077 of 2022, dated 03.11.2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, dismissing the petition filed under Section 239 of Cr.P.C.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,21.03.2025), the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the trial itself was completed and the learned Magistrate has passed the judgment of acquittal on 20.03.2025 and he has also produced the copy of the daily status and as such, the Criminal Revision has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Revision is dismissed as infructuous.
