ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner herein has placed advertisement for sale of land, which belongs to one V.S.Lakshmi and seeing the paper advertisement, A-3 and A-4 has approached the petitioner, who is A-5 and on purchased the land. Later, the de-facto complainant has given a complaint to the police alleging that the said V.S.Lakshmi was died in the year 2008 itself. By misusing the impersonation and forgery has been committed by the accused persons. Hence a case has been registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506(i) and Section 34 of IPC, in Crime No.1 of 2019. 2.This petitioner appears to be the prime accused, who have advertised the land of a deceased persons for sale and sold it to A3 and A-4. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.3647 of 2020 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation regarding the impersonation and forgery is underway and this petitioner is absconding without co-operating for the investigation. 4.Considering the gravity of the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
