This petition has been filed to set aside the docket order dated 11.07.2023 in unnumbered O.S.No.... of 2023 and direct the Principal 1/4

District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi to number the unnumbered O.S.No.. of 2023.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of repeated resubmission, the trial Court is keeping on returning the matter stating that the four boundaries are not mentioned. According to the petitioner, the four boundaries are not necessary to be stated, since in a single survey number, the entire extent is situated. It is also stated in the plaint. He also ready to produce the supporting documents. 3.There shall be a direction to the trial Court to entertain the plaint on the basis of the available records, if it is otherwise in order and if any clarification is required with regard to the boundaries, after filing of the written statement by the defendants, the petitioner shall take steps to amend the plaint properly. For that purpose let the original plaint be returned by the Registry to the petitioners under proper acknowledgment. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
