ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.375 of 2013 pending on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same for investigation to the competent Officer of the third respondent and further direct the third respondent to investigate into the death of the petitioner's daughter Priya and file a final report within a stipulated time.
