This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents herein from withholding or effecting any recovery from the petitioner's pension account PPO No.RO814555 and consequently, to direct the respondents to continue the pension paid to the petitioner prior to December, 2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the pension amount was stopped from December' 2019 to April' 2021. Subsequently, after getting clarification from the State Accountant General, the pension was fixed by considering the basic pay of Rs.59,240/- from May' 2021 and pension amount withheld to the tune of Rs.1,47,203/- was credited in the petitioner's account through RECS on 05.10.2021.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the third respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 07.12.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji
