Heard Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. 2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.The petitioner is working as a Senior Lecturer in the District Institute of Education and Training, Uthamapalayam, Theni District. He was suspended from service on 14.12.2016. He has given a representation dated 05.01.2017 and followed it up with a reminder dated 23.10.2017 seeking revocation of the order of suspension.
4.Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations on merits and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
