Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the permanent registration given to Nission Evala XL Car, bearing Chassis No. MDHTBAM 20E6007 150 and Engine No.E004982, bearing Registration No.TN-55-BT-8284, which was registered by taking illegal custody from the petitioner by the respondents 4 and 5 and got permanent registration for the said car from the third respondent by playing fraud on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2025.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the permanent registration given to Nission Evala XL Car, bearing Chassis No. MDHTBAM 20E6007 150 and Engine No.E004982, bearing
Registration No.TN-55-BT-8284, which was registered by taking illegal custody from the petitioner by the respondents 4 and 5 and got permanent registration for the said car from the third respondent by playing fraud on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2025.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that the registering authority had already considered the petitioner's request and cancelled the registration of the vehicle in question on 01.06.2020.
3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
