This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to withdraw Crime No.469 of 2014 from the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the file of the third respondent for proper investigation. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) appearing for the respondents. 3.After making submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that investigation may be done under the supervision of the Superintendent of Police since the names of the original accused have been deleted without any basis.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that almost investigation is completed.

5. Considering the submissions made, a direction is issued to the first respondent to supervise the investigation and satisfy himself about the investigation done so far and if it is not in order issue order for further investigation.
