This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.11.2021.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first and second respondents on 30.11.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
