(IN CRIME NO.34 OF 2015) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 22138 of 2015 dated 03.12.2015.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police 1st Sunday of every month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
