ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 323, 379(NH) of IPC seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners herein have assaulted one Ayyasamy . Due to some property dispute, they have entered into the house of the defacto complainant, abused him and assaulted him and taken away the properties, cash and ornaments from the defacto complainant. Hence First Information Report has been registered under Sections 294(b), 324, 323, 379(NH) of IPC on 24.02.2020 by the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that injured/defacto complainant is still is hospital and taking treatment and the petitioners after committing offence have absconded and not available for interrogation.
4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) this Court finds that the petition for anticipatory bail deserves to be dismissed.
