The writ petitioner was employed in the third respondent society as a Secretary. By order dated 15.02.2018, he was suspended from service.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner drew the attention of this Court to some materials which prima facie indicate that there is no commission of any irregularity. Be that as it may, it is for the third respondent to review the order of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

suspension based on the materials furnished by the petitioner. 3.The petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the third respondent. Upon receipt of the representation, the third respondent is directed to review the order of suspension dated 15.02.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
