This writ petition was filed challenging the tender notification, dated 24.02.2021 issued by the respondents.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on written instructions received from the third respondent submitted that the tender was granted in favour of one Kannammal in respect of Kodikulam Kanmai and the work has also been completed. Insofar as the Puthukulam Kanmai is concerned, it was granted in favour of M/s.Ravi Electricals and the work order was given on 11.05.2021 and the same is in execution.

3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
