PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the entire records in relating to the Crime No.62 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

Advocate (Crl.side) For R2 : Mr.R.Mohana Sundaram C O M M O N O R D E R The cases in Crime Nos. 62 and 63 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent have been registered for the offences under Sections 147, 447, 427 and 294(b) IPC against the petitioners.

2. Presently, a joint memo of compromise dated 27.02.2015 signed by the petitioners and the second respondent/de-facto complainant and also their respective Counsels informs that due to intervention of the friends and elders the petitioners and the second respondent the dispute was settled amicably. Accepting the compromise, the proceedings in Crime Nos.62 and 63 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent shall stand quashed. The compromise memo shall form part of record.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petitions are ordered.
