ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.02.2015 for the offence punishable under Section 380 IPC, in Crime No.20 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

3. It is the case of the prosecution that these petitioners entered into a jewellery shop and committed theft of gold ornaments.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that ornaments have been recovered.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.50 of 2015 and some of the witnesses have also been examined. The matter is posted before the Trial Court for the examination of the Investigating Officer. Therefore, at this juncture, if these petitioners are released on bail, there is every possibility of they absconding. Hence, the petition seeking bail is dismissed.
