Prayer: This Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C. to call for the records relating to the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No. 3099/2021 dated 27.01.2022 and set aside the same and allow this revision petition.

ORDER

The petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No. 3099/2021 dated 27.01.2022 thereby, dismissed the complaint lodged under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2.On perusal of complaint, it is revealed that there is a dispute between different groups of people in the village with respect of temple ritual rights and other rights in pursuant to the festival and collection of tax.

3.Therefore, the Court below has rightly dismissed the petition and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below. Accordingly, this criminal revision case is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief.
