ORDER
The revision petitioners / defendants 6 and 7 filed these revisions to set aside the order dated 14.11.2018, 30.11.2021 and 30.11.2021 made in I.A.Nos.810 of 2018, 456 of 2011 and 3 of 2021 in O.S.No.456 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Karur.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. No adverse order passed against the respondents and hence, notice to the respondents is not necessary.
3. The revision petitioners have filed the applications in I.A.Nos.810 of 2018, 456 and 3 of 2021 in O.S.No.456 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Karur to receive the additional written statement, to recall for the evidence of PW.1 and reopen the case respectively. The plaintiffs side evidence have already been closed. Since the suit is pending from 2011, these three applications have been filed by the petitioners belatedly. So, the trial Court has rightly dismissed all the three applications.
4. Now, the suit is posted for defendants side evidence. At this stage, this Court has not find any valid reasons to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRP(MD)Nos.435 to 437 of 2022 interfere with the order passed by the court below. Accordingly, all the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed by confirming the order passed in I.A.Nos.810 of 2018, 456 of 2011 and 3 of 2021 in O.S.No.456 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Karur.
5. Since the suit is pending from 2011, the District Munsif, Karur is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
