O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to expedite the enquiry proceedings contemplated under Na.Ka.No.A2/6225/2025, pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.21732 of 2025 dated 11.08.2025.

2. A perusal of the records reveals that the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the second respondent against the teachers of the eighth respondent school. Since no action was taken, the petitioner approached this Court in W.P.(MD).No.21732 of 2025, wherein an order was passed on 11.08.2025 directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Padmanabapuram, to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders. Though several notices have been issued by the second respondent, the enquiry has not been completed so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
