ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection for the petitioner and her family members of life and limb based on the petitioner' s representation dated 28.01.2020

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the registered post and based on which enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No. 472 of 2019. He would also submit that the matter appears to be civil dispute between the parties. He would also submit that after sending complaint through post, the petitioner has not appeared in person for enquiry and if the petitioner appears in person due enquiry will be conducted after sending notice to the rival parties and during enquiry if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
