ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to cancel the bail granted to the respondent/accused No.7 in Crl.MP.No.1455/2022 dated 12.04.2022.

2. Notice to the respondent /accused No.7 was served through jail authorities, since he has committed subsequent murder after obtaining bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent/accused had already been granted bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai District, in Crl.MP.No.1455/2022 dated 12.04.2022. He further submitted that after his release, he had committed another murder in Crime No.621 of 2025 on the file of the Sivagangai Town Police Station. Therefore, the respondent/accused No.7 had been arrested in the said crime. Further, the respondent has not appeared before the trial Court for trial proceedings and violated the conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai District. Hence, he prayed to cancel the bail granted to the respondent/accused No.7.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the respondent/accused No.7 has violated the condition as imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai District. Hence, this Court is inclined to cancel the bail granted to the respondent/accused No.7.
