O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give suitable police protection to the temple site in Survey No.237 of Thanthoni village, Karur District, wherein, the petitioner has taken up the work of construction of building under the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ direction of the government.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already construction was over in Survey No.237 of Thanthoni village, Karur District and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
