O R D E R
This Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to the file the final report in Crime No.122 of 2017, within a time frame.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the records.
3. It is stated that the petitioner's complaint was registered in Crime No.122 of 2017, for the offence under Section 420 of IPC., as against the accused. Though, the case was registered in May, 2017, it is submitted that there is no progress in the investigation and hence direction should be given for filing the final report without delay.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions would submit that there is no delay and the investigation is going on. It is further submitted that the respondent police is taking strenuous efforts in getting the documents, which are necessary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for filing charge sheet, and that final report will be filed after completing the investigation.
5. Taking into account, the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation and file final report in Crime No.122 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
