ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, on 10.03.2015, granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners and expected possibility of settlement. The respondent has filed a status report, dated 24.03.2015, stating that the de-facto complainant and her husband have appeared before the respondent police and they have decided to live together.

2. In view of the settlement between the parties, interim anticipatory bail already granted is made absolute and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one common surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
