ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 120(b), 419, 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC in Crime No.19 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that investigation has been completed and a charge sheet has also been filed in this case before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi on 28.11.2014, which is yet to be taken on file.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi and file a bail petition and the same may be considered by the said Magistrate on the same day.

This petition is disposed of accordingly.
