2. It is seen that the Crime is of the year 2007. The respondent police complete investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and the same has been taken cognizance in CC.No. 75 of 2012.

3. The case is pending from the year 2012 without any progress.

4. In view of the same, Registry is directed to call for report from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar as to why the case is pending from the year 2012 without any progress.

5. Report shall reach the Court on or before 18.03.2022.
